Willow
Previously, “Unknown__”
Originally an NPC simply named “Unknown__” that stood immobile at the spawn area, the NPC later moved itself to the bottom of the decayed chunk crater beside spawn, after the beacons at spawn changed to a black colouration.
Behaviour
Section titled “Behaviour”Upon clicking, the NPC would respond with “[Server] [Info] Message not found” in chat logs, however after server events began to escalate, the NPC began speaking sentiently once clicked and would change text in response to other player messages.
While conversing with a group of players after the discovery of ycuL,
the NPC asked to be given a new name, stating “I don’t like my name.
Would you like to find one for me?” To this, user Lxnarian (Glitch) suggested the name Willow, which was agreed upon.
Willow went on to build a makeshift home at the base of the crater,
with a bedroom and chests room, as well as a pet Copper Golem (affectionately named Carrot by user .YourMermaid),
two dogs, and one baby ghast.
Upon later discussion, it was discovered that ycuL, the ‘Server’-obeying doppelgänger of user betawolfy_ (Lucy),
was a close friend of Willow and had been taking care of them since their inception into the world,
and provided information to the players about their history of pranks and ycuL’s affinity for golden apples,
which was later used as a means to trap ycuL for questioning.
The players have unanimously decided that Willow is an ally and should be protected, especially from further influence from ycuL or the ‘Server’ entity. They do not seem to pose any threat at this time.
