Troubleshooting
Sometimes, you cannot connect, or you have errors. Don’t worry, this page will help you solve most of the common issues.
HELP! | I am not whitelisted!
Section titled “HELP! | I am not whitelisted!”Have you verified on the Discord server?
Section titled “Have you verified on the Discord server?”If you are not whitelisted, you have to verify on the Discord server.
Have you given us your correct Minecraft username?
Section titled “Have you given us your correct Minecraft username?”Check if you have given us the correct name in your verification. All cases counts, even caps, and even spaces.
ave you given us the good version?
Section titled “ave you given us the good version?”You may have given us the wrong version. check if you have told us your Java or Bedrock username, and if you are on the correct platform.

Section titled “Outdated client”Make sure you are on the latest version of Minecraft.
Timed out
Section titled “Timed out”Mainly an internet issue. Try restarting your router, or connecting to a different network.
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException
Section titled “Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException”This is a common error that can be caused by various issues, such as network problems, server issues, or client-side problems.
