Troubleshooting

Sometimes, you cannot connect, or you have errors. Don’t worry, this page will help you solve most of the common issues.

If you are not whitelisted, you have to verify on the Discord server.

Have you given us your correct Minecraft username?

Check if you have given us the correct name in your verification. All cases counts, even caps, and even spaces.
